Return Process

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all seals intact; our team will review your request and images of the product to approve the return.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 48-72 hours through our trusted courier partners.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7 business days.
